  Rainbow Jive Hammer is a rock trio that likes to experiment with different genres. We try to make music that is unique but not too hard to understand. We know that there are new little melodies to sing and chord progressions to construct and the process has always been worth doing. I've been told that the writing is reminiscent of Pavement and Radiohead. I love both of those bands and we all grew up on the West Coast so there you go. Some newer bands I really look up to are The Billy Nayer Show, Pattern is Movement, Young the Giant, Macho Novella (formerly A Cautionary Tale), Strokes, etc.
